Vyndr (referred to as "the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a style-focused social space where people explore looks, share outfit ideas, and connect over personal fashion.
Your use of Vyndr is subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law. If you do not accept how we handle information as described below, please discontinue use of the App.
For reliability, troubleshooting, and compatibility, we may collect limited device-level data such as:
Hardware model;
OS version;
Preferred system language;
Installed App build/version.
We use this data only to run the service, protect the platform, and improve performance—not for unrelated profiling.
Sign in with Apple: When you authenticate with Apple, we receive only the identifiers Apple provides that are needed to register and maintain your Vyndr account.
Content you post: Look photos, captions, comments, and other materials you voluntarily submit to the community.
Public posts may be stored and reviewed on our systems so Vyndr stays respectful and safe for style creators.
We may apply automated tools (including AI-assisted checks) to:
Screen for policy violations;
Flag potentially harmful material;
Assess relevance and presentation quality;
Suggest tags and improve discovery.
Posts flagged by automation, community reports, or internal risk signals may be examined by a human reviewer to decide whether they breach our rules or the law.
You can report posts or accounts you believe are abusive, infringing, or off-policy. We may remove content or restrict accounts based on the outcome of our review.
We process collected information to:
Operate, maintain, and enhance Vyndr;
Keep the service stable across devices and regions;
Show, rank, and share community posts;
Enforce safety standards and reduce misuse;
Handle support, feedback, and abuse reports;
Detect fraud and protect platform integrity.
We do not sell your personal information.
Storage: Media and account-related records are kept on secured infrastructure with access controls designed to limit unauthorized use.
How long we keep data: We retain information only for the period needed to deliver the features described here, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Deleting your account: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. After a confirmed deletion request, we remove or anonymize account identifiers tied to you, subject to any legally required retention.
We apply widely used safeguards, including:
Encrypted transport (HTTPS);
Role-based access controls;
Hardened server environments;
Monitoring and isolation where appropriate.
No online service can promise absolute security; use Vyndr with that understanding.
Vyndr currently uses the following third-party services:
Apple Sign In — Account sign-in. Apple handles authentication data under its own privacy terms.
Each provider processes data according to its own policies and our contractual requirements.
Vyndr is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that a minor has provided information, we will delete it without undue delay.
Depending on your region and account status, you may:
Choose what to post or stop posting altogether;
Disable photo access in iOS Settings;
Request account and associated data removal;
Reach out with privacy questions or moderation concerns.
We may revise this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will appear in the App or on our official pages. Using Vyndr after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
