Vyndr ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a community for fashion lovers to publish looks, browse inspiration, and celebrate personal style.
By opening or continuing to use Vyndr, you agree to these Terms of Service and all laws that apply to you. If you disagree, do not install or use the App.
We aim to keep sign-in simple and respectful of your choices.
Sign in with Apple: You may link your Apple ID to sign in, sync preferences across devices, and manage content tied to your profile.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your device secure.
To keep Vyndr welcoming and creative, you must not post, share, or promote content that:
Breaks the law — Including material that encourages violence, hate, harassment, fraud, or other illegal conduct.
Is sexually explicit or shocking — Pornographic, excessively graphic, or otherwise unsuitable for a general audience.
Infringes rights — Using others' photos, likeness, or work without permission; impersonation; unauthorized reposts.
Violates privacy — Sharing someone else's private details or confidential information without consent.
Misleads others — Fake identities, false claims, or pretending to be Vyndr staff or partners.
Abuses the platform — Spam, repetitive junk posts, fake engagement, scams, or tactics that degrade service quality.
Attacks the App — Malware, bots, exploits, or attempts to disrupt security or infrastructure.
We may hide, remove, or limit content; restrict features; or suspend accounts and devices that breach these rules, with or without advance notice when safety requires it.
Vyndr combines automated systems and human judgment to protect the community.
Uploaded images and public text may be scanned on our servers for:
Baseline safety signals — Illegal, violent, explicit, or clearly prohibited material.
Deeper review signals — Quality, policy fit, and patterns that suggest elevated risk.
These steps may involve AI models or vetted third-party safety services.
When automation flags an item—or a member reports it—our team may review the post, profile activity, and context before deciding on enforcement.
Use in-app reporting or email us if you see content that violates these Terms. Depending on the outcome, we may:
Remove or limit visibility of posts;
Send warnings;
Restrict posting or other features;
Suspend or ban accounts or devices;
Cooperate with authorities when legally required.
Vyndr offers optional premium subscription tiers designed to grant access to advanced features and an elevated user experience.
Users can select from the following recurring subscription options:
Weekly Premium: US$9.99
Monthly Premium: US$29.99
Quarterly Premium: US$79.99
Premium Club — US$14.99/Month
Premium Club is a limited-access subscription that unlocks exclusive resources and tools. Please note that membership is strictly limited to only 3 users worldwide.
When all slots are occupied, the club will close to new members until a vacancy opens up.
Vyndr currently integrates the following external providers:
Apple Sign In — Authentication; governed by Apple's policies.
Your use of sign-in and cloud-backed features may involve data processing by these providers.
You keep ownership of photos and other materials you upload.
License to operate Vyndr: By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, recommend, promote, and otherwise use your content solely to run and improve the App and related services.
You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.
Protecting member privacy matters to us. Details appear in our Privacy Policy. In summary:
We collect only what the App needs to function and improve.
You may delete your account and associated data via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
No guarantees: Vyndr is offered "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
Member posts: We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-submitted content.
Moderation limits: Despite automated and manual review, we cannot promise immediate removal of every violating post.
Damages: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vyndr and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms as the product or legal landscape changes. Check this page periodically. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
